Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Michael Bay's third (and final) installment of the cinematic spectacle that is TRANSFORMERS will be a race of Oxford/Cambridge boat rivalry proportions - Decepticons v Autobots in flight to the Moon where a mystery Cybertronian (Cybertron is the planet the Trasnformers are from, duh) craft awaits. All of this is existentially vital and perhaps Alpha Trias will be involved, let's see.

Shia LaBeouf reprises Sam Witwicky in a cast that inludes Hugo Weaving who will voice the now cowl wearing Megatron: as revealed by the Hasbro toy

Tyrese Gibson, Leonard Nemoy (yay!), Ken Jeong, the maestro John Malkovich all star, plus Rosie Huntington-Whitely replaces Megan Fox as Sam's love interest. Apple are releasing the new trailer on the 28th - and I don't think we're alone in hoping there may be some revelation of UNICRON, who is only a flippin' planet sized badass.

The Dark of the Moon is released July the 1st and is also a 3D IMAX experience. Bring it on Shockwave!
