London Philharmonic Orchestra plays concert featuring (y)our favourite video game music: + win two tickets!

As a Sci-fi and fantasy fan, and an ardent music fan, when City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra delighted aural receivers with their 'Sci & Fantasy Symphony' series' (featuring music from Dr Who, Lord of the Rings, Stargate, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Holst's Planets, Thunderbirds and Red Dwarf), it was a transcendental: a joyous and giddy experience. A woman even fainted during Mars, which added to the pathos of the whole affair.

And now in London, I hear that the London Philharmonic Orchestra are doing a concert playing scores from VIDEO GAMES. I'm wall-crawling with excitement right now.

"Experience total orchestral immersion in the worlds of Advent Rising, Halo, Bioshock, Dead Space, Mass Effect, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Splinter Cell, Elder Scrolls, Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Myst, World of Warcraft,Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, Angry Birds, Tetris, Super Mario Bros, Enemy Zero, 007: Blood Stone, Little Big Planet, Grand Theft Auto, Metal Gear Solid"

The concert takes place on the 2nd of September and you can grab further information and tickets here.

COMPETITION:
To win a pair of tickets to the concert, answer this: What is the name of the protagonist in the Splinter Cell games series? Ha, we weren't going to ask you a Mario Bros question now were we? Add us on facebook, then message us the answer. Splendid.
