Roots Manuva Takeover

The ecclesiastic-ish fearless wordsmith of unique idioms is the man called Rodney Smith aka Roots Manuva. Taking charge of his disciples (full live band), here begins a plethora of shows working towards the next album, which is bound to be a scorcher.

We're gonna do some time-hopping so stay with us:

The Big Feastival

Friday 1st of July will see Roots Manuva share stage with the likes of Soul II Soul in a celebration of good music, and good food. Whilst enjoying the soundscapes, there are several pop-up restaurants that will offer culinary company at Clapham Common. And did I say 'Under 12s go for Free?' Well they do. With all profits going to The Jamie Oliver Foundations & The Prince's Trust, it's for a great cause. Save the Children!!!

Cowley Road Carnival - Fiesta in the Park, Oxford

Saturday 2nd of July, you are able to catch Roots Manuva headline a super select of raggae artists like Kanda Bongo Man, Brassroots and Carnival Colective. Soundsystems will be rocked by Skylarkin Soundsystem among others so a fine day this will be. Just need my cricket bat and whites now.

Austria shows

I applaud their bio of Roots Manuva section saying "Roots Manuva is characterized by his guts regarding experiments." Nice.
